If you place your trust in God
The future you won't dread,
But face with anticipation
Believing in what He said.

"Lo, I am with you always"
These kind words Jesus spoke,
To those of his true disciples
Who are under his Loving yoke.

For all things work together
T'ward our highest good,
If we are really loving God
His purpose to follow,(we should)!

No weapons formed against us
Shall prosper in their hands,
For if our God be for us
Who thus, can Him withstand?

I know you have your troubles
And storms your path assail,
Remember He calmed the tempest
And said to them "Be still!"

Cast your cares upon Him
For He truly cares,
As a loving Shepherd
To free you from life's scares.

Thus for you, I interceed
And seek for you His wealth
That through Christ, you can do all
And find abundant health.

Let not your heart be wearied
You believe in God,in Jesus so do,
And whatever your cares and concerns
He'll see you safely through.

May the LORD Bless and keep you,
            David

David, even though this wasn't written for me, it jumped out and spoke to me anyhow!
So full of encouragement, and joy, very uplifting! Thank you!

David,
This is a comforting reminder of the tender mercies we have within our reach, if we will only access them and reap the benifits. Thanks for posting this one. Dennis :^)

David, This poem is so refreshing and full of caring thoughts, almost like Jesus was speaking through you. I would like to ask your permission to print this out. It would be wonderful for me to read at times when I happen to lose focus.

David, It is no wonder our Saviour singled you out to be a minister for Him. Just as He loves you and uses you, we are blessed with your presence and wisdom. This piece is, without a doubt truly reflective of what Jesus would do. Heartfelt and with great admiration I thank you.
