The butterflies in the garden know what they're doing. Their purpose is true, they don't falter or doubt. How I envy them dear Lord! So subtle and devious is the misstep. I get off the track so easily. Doing things my way. Then the anxiety kicks in. I know the answer, that's to pray, constantly, to cling to you, surrender everything, and instant Peace is mine. 02 |

Dear Ellie, You've hit another bulls-eye with this one, We can learn even from the butterflies, how to stay on course and get the job done without complicating things by having to do things "our way" and ignoring the simplicity of the task once we are commited to it. Ellie how true. I often think of that when I watch the birds, or hear them sing. I always think of them as singing constant praise to God. They never worry what they'll eat or where it's coming from.
