David, 'Drew, and Daniel Three Nephews of mine, they are, Who now are Graduating I hope they will go far. These three young men grew so fast They seem Time to have defied, Yet this Milestone they're reaching And they are their Family's Pride! For these Young Hearts may I offer These 3 "D's" for my 3 "D's", Oh David, 'Drew and Daniel Please give good heed to these. The first "D" is for Devotion Remember thy Creator now, Devote your lives to serving Him He'll show you the Where and How! The second "D" is for Dilligence E'er seek your best effort to give, For in this you'll find life's fullness Do your Best, as long as you live. The third "D" is for Determination Don't give up when life gets rough, It's then you need Faith and Faithfulness To see you through-you must hang tough! David, 'Drew and Daniel God Bless you to ever stand tall, Growing in Grace and Ability God's Blessing be on you all! Love and Best Wishes, Uncle David |
