AS WE STOOD UPON THE MOUNTAIN YOU LET ME SOAR ABOVE THE TREES YOU GAVE ME WINGS FOR LIFT OFF SWEET BREEZES BLOWN FOR ME THE MOMENTS ON TOP THE MOUNTAIN FOREVER TO EMBRACE I WANTED TO REMAIN THERE AT THAT SACRED PLACE HAND ME YOUR HAND, LORD NO MOUNTAIN TOP IN SIGHT HAND ME YOUR HAND, LORD UNTILL I SEE YOUR LIGHT I CAN BARELY HEAR YOU LORD, PLEASE HURRY UP TO ME I AM GROWING WEARY THE WAY IS GETTING ROUGH YOU'VE SHOWN ME HOW TO MAKE THESE STEPS THESE STEPS, I'LL START TO TAKE NOW I SEE THE CLEARING YOUR LIGHT IS SHINING THROUGH I SAID I LOST DIRECTIONS THE VALLEY I CAME THROUGH EACH STEP I TOOK, EACH STEP I LOOKED, THOUGH I DID NOT SEE NOR FEEL YOU HOLDING TO MY HAND I KNEW YOU WERE WITH ME, NOW FAITH I UNDERSTAND. So many times when I could barely hear Him, and made my mistakes by being impatient. It took me while to learn about faith. Wonderful poem  |

Marcy -you present such a lovely poem here--and a good message. The Just shall live by faith--and according to your poem here--it's the only way to fly too--trusting the unseen hand of God to soar to new heights, and land safely in the Haven of rest. Thanks for your sweet replies. I receive so much more from this group than I can give. I appreciate everyone of you. Each poem, written with the love of the Lord in their heart, in some way touches people but ALWAYS sings a love praise to Jesus. As He loves us lets just be reminded to give back to Him.
