Well, it's almost time
to leave for work.
Today I'm handing in
my resignation.

After much prayer
and asking His Will,
it feels right,
almost.
Two years and good
friends made.
A job I really like.

Then they changed
all the rules.
Working too many
week-ends.
A pay cut I didn't
deserve.
Generally feeling
unappreciated.
This after giving
100%.

It's time to move on!

Now to see what
doors
He will open for me!

In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct
thy paths. Proverbs 3:6

Thank you for sharing this, ellie.  I'll do my best to remember you in prayer and I'm sure with the great attitude and faith you have, there's somewhere your efforts will be more appreciated.  God bless.

Ah, that's a shame, Ellie, I've been there too. Those new paths can be frightening at first, but He is in control. I am seeking out new paths, myself, at the moment. I'll keep you in my prayers for your search.

All of us at Passions, at least this forum, will be pulling for you Dear ELLIE.  Periods of transition are trying and troublseome. But remember that if the LORD has His hand in it- it won't be a change for the worse but for the Better!!!(Matt 11:28/I Pet 5:7/Heb 13:5-6/John 10:10) God bless you as you venture out in Faith,  David

hi ellie, most of us have been where you are.
Along with everyone else, I will be pulling for you. Your heart is so sensitive and so full of love. When I pray, if I don't call your name, you are in my heart with prayer, the Holy Spirit will intervene, for He knows whats in my heart. Bless you, marcy

You go girl! You and your life are so important. God knows this and since you let him be driver, you know you'll end up where you need to be. I want you to feel so perfectly at home when you do. A big pat on the back and a big hug for courage! God bless you in every step! Thanks for your lovely comments. I want you know you are number one in so many ways!

This will be an exciting adventure for you ellie! To see what doors He will open....a little scary, but also exciting! I too recently turned in my resignation after 5 years, and in July I will be moving 2000 miles to begin a new life. As you are, I am trusting in Him to open the necessary doors. God Bless!
