They were clamoring at the graveyard, the place was all a buzz
Huddling 'round a tombstone, a brand new one it was
Their hearts were peering upward, they were reading as they looked
It was my life's billboard they saw, my flight to heaven's booked

Now I've heard of everything
Billboards on the cemetary lawn,
To give an advertisement
To those who come along
And Here's one of the Jester
Posted here for all to see,
It reads, "If you want to go to Heaven
Then just come and follow me!"

That's quite a bold life statement--I hope you can truly pull it off-what a service you would be rendering- for so many who need the encouragement of a good example!

Thank you all so much for your comments. For any of you who may think that I have a messiah complex,perhaps you take yourself too seriously. I was only trying to be a part of the fun. I know, when someone I love dies, as I'm looking at thier gravesite, I'm seeing them walking in heaven with Jesus.It really was nice talking to all of you.  ':~)

=) Well you have said so much in so little. I find so much hidden in these words than are displayed, but thats my mind working overtime as usual LoL. Very well written and I enjoyed it!
