The end is near
We all know it's true
We need to be prepared
I am are you

The earth shall quake
The sky shall fall
And eternal Hell fire
Will engulf us all

The sun will flicker
The moon turn to blood
Disease and famine
Descends on us like a flood

We all will suffer
And all wish to die
But only God's children
Will be by his side

The Devil himself
And his legions of Demons
Will make us suffer
He won't need a reason

The years of tribulation
Where no one can preach
Will make it seem like
Heaven is so far out of reach

The end is near
So be prepared
Because only God's Children
Will be spared

Hello everyone!  If you are not a Christian and you are reading this poem, then maybe it's time for you to ask God into your heart, and your lives.  No one know how long we have left here on Earth.....only God knows....I recently lost a friend.  He died in a car accident.  He didn't know that he wouldn't live another day.  He was a Christian.  So I know he is smiling down at me.  Life is short, but with God you can have eternal life.  I got saved when I was 11 years old. Just remember you always have a friend in Jesus. <>< !

Hi Mandy and welcome,
Your poem so full of truth. It serves a good wake up call to ourselves;  be all that we can be in helping others escape this tribulation, as we help others, we remain in His grace. So sorry about the loss of your friend. Your friend lives  as you share truth and shed light resulting from your loss.  Bless you, Marcy

PurpleSunshine~
Welcome to Passions.

For those of us who are God's children it will be a great beginning.
I wait with eager anticipation.

We need to be more diligent messengers of His word to others.

Mandy,
I am sorry you lost your friend. I am so glad you can have the peace of knowing he is with the Lord.
Thank God we are alive and have the time to choose.
Today IS the day of salvation, harden not your hearts.
Your words spoke very clearly on this.
Thank you for your boldness in spreading the word.

This is so well written.  There's nothing worse than losing someone, but there's always the hope that we'll see again. Thank you for sharing this with all of us.

Demonstratively expressed!

Death has a way of causing one to look at
life this way.  Death opens our eyes to reality.
We do need to be ready... God Bless and Welcome,
Bob <><
