I awoke to your plaintive cry
today,
your mourning song so sad.

Don't cry for me,
don't mourn for me,
sweet sad little dove,
for I have found
my Lord,
my Savior true.

He has healed my heart.
He has taken the pain.
My soul cries no more.
stead leaps for joy!

Only mourn for those,
o dear little dove,
who do not know
His name.
Mourn for those
who know not
the sweet embrace
of His loving arms.
For their hearts are
sad,
their troubles many,
their souls not at
rest.

So, dear sweet dove,
you and I,
will pray they see the
light,
and maybe one day soon
when all are saved,
He'll have to change
your tune.

Ellie, What a sharp pointed contrast you have made, Joy for the Redeemed, Sorrow for the lost. The difference between Day and Night is
a right relationship to GOD and our fellow men! Bless you for these fine thoughts expressed so well!  Dennis :^)

Dear Ellie,
You've done it again-taken a common circumstance and turned it into a spiritual lesson, and expressing the yearning for those who hare lost and estranged from the Savior's love and blessings!  Well done friend, keep it up!   David
