LIKE A LITTLE CHILD I tug on your hem like a little child, so small and nieve, needing your grace. I want to crawl onto your lap, to be wrapped in your warm embrace. I need to feel your strong arms, that I, can lean upon. My Lord, you are my heavenly Father, it is your love to which I'm drawn. You fill my heart Lord with the Spirit, it's your love that makes me high. I see you in the days first light, in the trees, the grass, the sky. As a child in wide eyed wonder, I am overwhelmed by your being all that you said you would be, and I am awed by what I'm seeing. |
