Bouncing up and down On this man made rollercoaster ride Gliding wildly around the curves Daily fears, of Daily down hills Oh God, I'm afraid of heights To and fro, there I go Better get buckled in I think I'll be sick Hey, Stop! let me off I don't want to ride again! Some people laugh In the thrill of it all I don't like the rickety design Life's little ups and downs Come around And there I am, standing in line But today I will face The largest hill I'm gonna ride up front! I imagine the passenger by my side Is my savior, loving God He will keep me, safe from harm And show me the wonders of life He's not disappointed when I cry out Because Sometimes I have to close my eyes He gives me strength to hang on White knuckled all the way He gives me faith to take the plunge Even when I'm lost and afraid When the first dip comes along I'm gonna raise my hands up high And Scream from the depths of me Silently, On the rollercoaster ride |

WooHoo-----What a great poem R...My stomach was churning just reading it....So nice to know that if I am ever forced (and I would have to be)to go on a roller coaster, He will be in the car with me....I loved this.... Thanks, Bonnie |

This is great! It reminds me though of, and wherever I heard it not sure, but to put God in the drivers seat. He shall make your paths straight. Life is like a roller coaster ride isn't it? I love how you've described this. With God by our side and trust in Him, we can do all things. |

RWOOD(Just what does that R stand for?) you really took us for a ride here--but we made it through okay--Life IS like that, but as long as the Lord's on our side and by our side--to going may still get rough-but He can help us to hang on, and claim the victory.
