Ok, there is a post in Visitors Request. Seeing as how we have the people, and we have the Lord, let's see who can help out here.  Please if you come up with something, post it here and I can email it to him, or you can do that yourself.  I will post the  Spiritual link in his post.  And I'm giving you his post here, so you can read what he's written.  Please anyone that can help come up with something.  Thanks all!

Dear Rebecca; I brought back a poem from jan. that I wrote that i think might help. See what you think. It's called "all things--Romans 8:28.  Love, Ellie

Ellie I sent him the URL.  I haven't heard back from him yet, but let's see. I'd like to keep them coming if anyone else can add, or write one they think would be from her perspective.  Thank you!

Rebecca, I am at a loss for words on this subject. I can sympathize but do not really understand the emotion. I will continue to think on it and try to do something. Love ya.. Shawna

To the melancholy heart, of my dear friend
Attend to the words, I assert from within;
The turbulent passion you feel deep inside
My hope is you may soon become pacified;

As you give your fears, your burden to God
Trusting, believing, with the faith you possess
This package will come from Heaven, no less;

Start praising the Lord, for this miracle of birth;
Your sure to receive it in time,
Techniques, they may fail, but one thing is firm
God's Word, it shall stand,
"asks believing and ye shall receive"
Don't deny Him this gift to thee,
A bundle of joy, you will receive.

Someone may take this and add too, delete from or anything you find that may help with a poem to suite the purpose.

I posted mine in the Spiriual Journeys Forum entitled "My Discovery,Childless,yet Cherished"   My heart goes out to this couple because I have been there, and know what they are going through.  I hope in time they will also share what I have in the aftermath.  God is Good, though we don't always know and appreciate His Methods & purposes in our life--Yet as a Childless husband of 29 years, I can say with all my heart-GOD IS LOVE.

David, your poem so beautiful and wise. The voice of experiencing the same pain and with the strong faith and love you have for the Lord, wise words were spoken from thee!

Now, on a lighter side, this may explain why you only look twenty-nine in your picture.hehehe.  Marcy

I want to thank WhtDove first for finding my request and then getting the poets going on it. I also want to thank Marcy and David for their help. Thank you, you two for the love you shared with me and my friend through your poetry. I love both of the poems. I know they will help her and let her know that i care and most especially that God cares about her! I thank God every night that He has blessed me with three beautiful children. I'm not always sure that I am worthy of such a blessing. I know there are others out there that can be such a better mother than me. I pray every day for my friends that are not blessed with children or are not able to have as many as they had wanted. I don't know why God has chosen to bless me in such a way, but I am trying to learn from my experience. I can only hope and pray that I handle it the way He wants me to.
I am so new to this site and it is such a blessing to have met new friends so quickly here. Thank you again for all of your help. I am not a poet but I love to read poetry and will offer my opinions when I think I might have one. I may even try to write something sometime. Who knows?
God Bless you all!
Howie

Your welcome! I'm so glad we could be of help to you and your friend. I would have tried, but nothing comes to mind, I have 3 beautiful blessings of my own.

We'd love for you to try and write, but if not we always could use readers! We have a very special one at this site. Her name is Pepper, she's only written 2 poems I think, but mostly she reads. That is an inspiration around here! I'm glad to have you join us!
