I'd like to pray, Lord, from all my heart
But this pain inside me pulls my thoughts apart
All I can do I stand here and weep
I'm traped in a ravine, I'm in too deep

Not even the strenght to cross my hands
Or be angry and make You thousand demands
Lord, I do need Your love and care
This burden is just too heavy to bare

-------------

You saw I couldn't klimb those walls alone
And came to move the heaviest stone
You felt my pain, You cleared the way
Thank You for knowing what I couldn't say

You heared my mind, my thoughts so scattered
To You no words and phrases really mattered
Now I feel Your love and care
Every burden with me You wanna carry and share

( Sorry for all the mistakes I propably made. I usually don't write my poems in English so this is a bit new to me)

WELCOME, WELCOME!  Very touching! "Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light."  Matt. 11:28-30

We can't do it alone, you've described this very well!

When you can't make up your mind
Which way is right for you,
Stop and softly ask yourself,
What Would Jesus Do?

Welcome.  Thank you for the writing this in English..You probably had no more mistakes than found in mine, and it's my native language.  Ah, but the language of love is universal, and this forum is very Godly....encouraging, forgiving, caring and close.

This is really very beautiful, and I wouldn't have known English wasn't your mother tongue if you hadn't told us. Hope to see more of your poems.

Welcome Cross my heart! You know, your poem really blessed me today, for i was feeling a lot like the person in your poem, and this was really encouraging.  Thanks, God bless you and keep you strong and fighting. We are very blessed to be able to give our burdens to the one who can carry them when we can't, aren't we?
