I'd like to pray, Lord, from all my heart But this pain inside me pulls my thoughts apart All I can do I stand here and weep I'm traped in a ravine, I'm in too deep Not even the strenght to cross my hands Or be angry and make You thousand demands Lord, I do need Your love and care This burden is just too heavy to bare ------------- You saw I couldn't klimb those walls alone And came to move the heaviest stone You felt my pain, You cleared the way Thank You for knowing what I couldn't say You heared my mind, my thoughts so scattered To You no words and phrases really mattered Now I feel Your love and care Every burden with me You wanna carry and share ( Sorry for all the mistakes I propably made. I usually don't write my poems in English so this is a bit new to me) |
