          "Look At The Signs"
Look at the signs, what season is near?..
Is it winter, summer or spring, you see clear.
Is it freezing or hot?, are there signs of new life?
Give it your best shot, I'll bet that your right.
Look at the signs of a world at it's end..
And there's still only One.. who will stay closer than a friend.
So many signs, at every turn, every bend..
there's no reason to be lost, for Gods One who sends.
Look at the signs, God's painted them for a reason..
It's why He wrote these poems, to help you recognize a season..
A season to harvest souls ripened on the vine.. who will harvest from among the lost, now this God calls divine.

you are right. I'm always aware of hopefully touching another heart with my poetry and leading them a little closer to a His Love, a little closer to His healing. Beautiful words.

this is so very good...you put a "fresh" view on our faith. you are right the signs are all around us...
thanks for the kind words to my "Wounded Dove" poem...and for the "proposal". you made my day and made smile...cant do better than that in reply... take care janet marie

Some things cannot be explained by verses that rhyme,
They are not measured by the commitment of time.
Some emotions run too deep to be described by words,
Forgiveness and understanding-
remain the most beautiful words ever heard.

Although there are multitudes of signs, one can't see them if they're blind, and that's my longing, too to reach the lost.  This is a wonderful writing.

To WhtDove with love,
Jesus said 2,000 years ago to a bunch of young, wild, eager and excitedly astounded, at what they were experiencing, kids, "Look now, their ripe and ready for the pickin" Those kids understood, thats why a bunch of nobody kids from nowhere, could walk into a town and in an hour 5,000 men were in the streets flat on their faces crying without restraint. Unfortunatly those kids got old and died and humanity as a whole fell into a dark age of religous bondage.
That made that Holy Spirit kick availble only to a few, who refused to let what the apostels showed them die. Reducing what once a roaring wind from heaven to the shallow breath of a dying infant. But the ripe for harvest crowd never died, it only got bigger, So I say.. Now is the time of harvest lift up your eyes, Gods Spirit is ready now! He's waiting on us.
                   with love,
                   stevie (shock) g.

Well Steve, the harvest is in Revelations.
And that comes when Jesus is returning.  So it is ripe yes, but not here yet!  The wheat needs to be seperated from the chaff.  That is not happening just yet, in Revelations the angels will thrust in their sickle and reap the harvest...Rev. 14:19

All these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet...

When you can't make up your mind
Which way is right for you,
Stop and softly ask yourself,
What Would Jesus Do?

There are so many lost, and blind we are the ones who need to try and guide them to God's blessing, we need to be examples of his divine blessings. Through us and our reaching out if just one finds the righteous path we will have begun a successful journey.
