Good thought. People forget that God did give us dominion over the world. I like St. Paul's saying in 1 Timothy 6:17: "Trust...in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy." There's nothing wrong with enjoying life. |

Hello and thanks to all for the very kind replies to my post, but, I gotta tell ya, this poem had nothing to do with dominion, nor even possesion. This poem was just a little reminder from God to me that I was free. That I could do what I want, free from guilt, because it was all made for me, and you, and you, and you, and you. That's the way God is. Mysterious. Sorry to burst your bubble. And now I'll be kicked off the forum. Ah well. writter, your right God did give us the earth and all that's in it that we might enjoy the works of His hands and then he wrote the earth withers and perishes in mans transgressions. So in our fun let's be sure it's more God glorified and not self gratified. shock gospel |
