I came across a stranger,
walking down the street.
His clothes were all tattered,
no shoes upon his feet.

He walked into a building,
I followed close behind.
To see if the man in tattered clothes,
could be a friend of mine.

He walked into a room,
that was on the second floor.
And I heard him pray,
before he closed the door.

he said, "I have to complete my mission,
I have to make it clear.
I have to make them listen,
I have to make them hear."

The door began to open,
and I froze in my place.
I saw his nailed scarred hands.
I had seen Jesus face to face!

Melanie, This is wonderful, I felt I was there following him too, and the feeling I got when I reached the ending. What a message you send with this poem, I loved it, and if only more of the world could see and hear his message it would make a difference.

what a blessing this poem is my friend - you gave a real sense of being there - and what a great message.  The wonder of seeing Christ face to face is just so amazing i can't comprehend it, but i loved the ending!!!

Another Great one Melanie! I felt I was standing there with you...

I don't get to visit Passions much anymore but I am sure glad I did not miss this.
