Have you ever felt like, Someone was walking with you? Almost as close as your shadow, Yet it wasn’t. Have you ever felt like, Someone was talking to you? Almost like your closest friend, Yet it wasn’t. That one someone, That’s always there. Always watching. Neverless, who could it be? Why it’s God I say. God is always walking with you, Closer then your own shadow. God is always talking to you, In words, thoughts, and propositions You never thought of before. Keep this in mind, When you need a friend. Because God, Is the closest one you’ll find. *~* Come work for the Lord. The work is hard, the hours are long and the pay is low. But the retirement benefits are out of this world. *~* |

Yes, Jer, I have felt Him standing next to me too. And it's wondrous when someone realizes they are hearing God speak to them as well. He is always right there, always right with you. Great poem. For a title, I think maybe "Always There" or "Always With You" might serve as well. Michael |

WOW... so many suggestions on the title..... I am gonna have to think about this hard because I love them all. Loved the poem, Jer. Immediately thought of "Oneness" or "In His Image" as good titles, but then your writing really suggests so many things....comfort, under- standing, security, encouragement, helpfulness, etc. we find as we walk with our Lord. |

I really like this poem, Jeremy. The message is beautiful in its simplicity, devoutly direct approach and convincing spirit. You could maybe pay a little more attention to the rhythm. Keep writing! Willem |
