Gazing up at heaven's majesty,
Little sparks of life in the sky,
It's not too difficult for me to see
How lowly, Lord am I.
And yet you gave your life for me.
You sacrificed your spark
And gave to me eternity
How gracious, Lord thou art.
So my soul sings its praises skyward
In hopes they meet your ears
In your heavenly palace bowers
From my own loving tears.
Grant me Lord your patience
Your wisdom and your grace
Until one day I can gaze
Upon your own sweet face.

Wonderful prayer!  Where's the AMEN at?  Also is anyone ever truly worthy of all we've been given?

Extremely good heart-felt desires..I see the picture of this expression of the soul..Great
painting of words,thoughts,desires, etc..
I am sure God see's this beautiful expression
of a hearts' picture even more beautiful than
I ever could Robert..I really that every-time
we breathe a prayer like that - somehow it
goes straight-way displayed upon the mind of
God.. i.e. His mind the canvas; our prayers
the colors,paint,picture,being displayed upon
the pages of his heart as we think them..

ditto!  What a sincere and heartfelt prayer
- a painting on the canvas of God's heart indeed.
