Forgive my meter and counts here they're not the greatest, but it is heartfelt!

Lord, how can I give my thanks?
When all things come from you
How is it I can show the things
I appreciate, that you do?

I can't seem to find the words
To tell you what is meant
For giving me my daughter, Lord
She was Heaven sent.

A gift I know that came from you
She gave me quite a scare
The words alone aren't enough
For her life that you did spare.

I think of what could have been
The broken bones and all
She must have been carried down
By an angel who broke her fall.

I look into her greenest eyes
With much thanks in my heart
That you have taken care of her
And performed the healing part.

It seems it's such a miracle
She came out with what she did
She was truly blessed by you
She's a wonderful, loving kid.

I know you understand Lord
As you search the deepest part
The tears of thankfulness
Within this mother's heart.

This poem is a wonderful way to say thanks, Rebecca. I am so relieved to know Ashley is doing better. A miracle, indeed.

Rebecca...This is absolutely wonderful, and definitely heartfelt. As well as you feel blessed by your daughter, I know she must be blessed to have such a wonderful mom as yourself. I too believe that she was carried down by angels on that fall, cause it could have been much worse, and she was definitely taken care of by the good Lord above while in the hospital. I am sure you feel so much better having her at home again! This is abeautiful poem, thanking you for sharing it!

Thank you Michael! It really is a miracle in my eyes.

Echo thanks so much sweetie! I'm glad she's home but scared at the same time too. Because it's an inside injury and I can't tell what's going on. One of those things that's out of my hands and must be left to God.

My prayers are with you and Ashley and I'm so relieved to know that she is on the mend. Such a lovely prayer of thanks giving, WhtDove. It certainly does seem that Ashley's guardian angel was with her at that terrifying time and beyond.

Thank you Pepper! It does seem that she had an angel with her. I'm sure still does! She was truly "lucky!"
