THIS IS WRITTEN FOR A SPECIAL SOMEONE...

You know my heart, you know my soul,
I just wanted to tell you this,
If things in the world had been different,
There'd be no need to type, I could tell you this.

Face to face we'd stand,
You'd look down at me and take my hand,
There'd me no need to tell you,
For you'd already know my feelings and understand.

To me you are the source of good in this world,
My source of peace and love,
A calming voice, gentle understanding words,
It would be a union blessed by God above.

But alas it cannot be,
You belong to another lady,
And sadly I have realised,
You won't be the one to save me.

But on Christmas eve,
I just wanted to let you know,
I do indeed love you, my love,
My heart will never let go.

Oceans of love seperate us,
Oceans of love ever flowing,
But I am happy and will take comfort,
Cos our kindred hearts are ever growing.

Merry Christmas to that special kindred soul,
Who believes in the things I do,
In my Christmas dreams at least,
I'll be celebrating this Christmas with you...
