I know I said that I only picked one Christmas poem to write but I was reading this one and I thought that it deserved to be on here too.

In the city of Orlando, it's definitely that year
because, I can see, hear, feel, and smell Christmas all in the air.
Bright and colorful lights
and beautifully decorated trees are all in sight.
Some stores are passing out free candy to everybody.
Man, I've never seen people so happy.
Complete strangers are even telling me "Merry Christmas."
I love it and I wish,
that life could carry on like this.
I walked down to Church Street,
to see the city's Christmas tree.
And man was it beautiful and so big,
the decorators covered every piece, every twig.
Then, I walked down to the street,
to buy Christmas treats.
All of the shopping stores were filled with happy and eager Christmas buyers.
At K-Mart singing "Silent Night" was my church choir.
I joined them and sang along to the song.
And after that I went shopping for my mom.
I bought my item and left
and when I got home, the instrumentals of "Silent Night", was ringing in my ear to death.
But, I don't care
because, this is Christmas, the best time of the year.

Sounds as though you had a lovely time
Hey...looks like even some of us Floridians will get some cold weather for Christmas!

Hope yours is wonderful

Nate Dogg -
It's Christmas ... you sing as many
songs as you want !
Merry Christmas from a fellow Floridian.
I love the carolers at the stores during the holidays too.
May the song stay in your heart for the duration of the season.
Love ~*Marge*~

Quite a writing on the many sights and sounds that inspire us with the Christmas spirit....even without this Chicagoland snow!  It seemed as though I heard those carolers to as I read it, Nate.
