(this is a poem for a girl who has stolen my heart...A heart that I really thought was totally dead. The peom is a little corny but I was also trying to make her laugh)

Dear Natalie sweet Natalie
With stars in her eyes
Is she really Miss Untouchable
Or is it just a disguise

A princess she is
With a loving heart so fair
A knockout smile
To match her long flowing hair

Taken me back
This girl of my dreams
She is an absolute wonder
Or so may it seem

For  she has stolen
What I thought was deceased
My longing heart
Has finally found pease

I thankyou for that
And for so much more
And one day Yes
I’ll carry you across that door

Yes I’m a dork
And slightly mis lead
Perhaps it has something
To do with my head

I bid you farewell
But never goodbye
For we shall be close
Till both of us die

Hardly a dork!
This is great - and she will more than appreciate I'm sure.

Excellent!!  From the heart. . . that makes the best kind of poetry. . . continue to write like this and you will indeed win her heart. . . if you have not already. . .

You are beginning to find your voice, I hope that we can help you to do so. ..
