Smile

There are moments when
I can't help myself and look back at
all the snapshots of us
smiling
staring
a two dimensional gaze
in what has become a trigger to the past

Seeing our reflections
as they were when we were
oblivious to the fact that
in an instant
one moment in time
would be cropped down to a 5x7
glossly matted document
of emotions and actions exixting in life
as we knew it
so far

It's funny and sober and inevitable
to be embarrassed and remenescent and saddened
from posing in positions that can never be achieved
again because
once the shutter clicks
by the time the flash has recharged
everything has changed
and we don't know each other as well
as we use to in the picture
and we can call and e-mail and connect
during certain instances
but the frame and the picture and the event
still collects dust
on the wall

What a true revelation of time you have painted.  As time moves...only the picture stands still......and isn't it great how many memories that one instant in time can provoke daily    Welcome to Passions...and I like this

Becoz -
Welcome to Passions.

I can truly tell you that I like this
very much.

The magic of the camera's shutter freezes only that moment ...
and life goes on to be captured again on the next roll of film.

How very well you tell it.  LOVE IT.

As I read this dozens of pictures crossed my mind of friends and family...you are too correct in your writings.

I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me."
