On the twelve days of Christmas
my true love gave to me -

Twelve children humming

Eleven guitars strumming

Ten children peeking

Nine ladies sleeping

Eight men a' trimming

Seven elfs a working

Six children laughing

Five silver rings

Four heartfelt hugs

Three doves a'cooing

Two meadow larks

And heart full of lovely poetry.

And how full your heart of poetry - you deserve to have at least four hearts!

Elizabeth, my friend -
Funny, as I thought about it ...
it seemed there was more.

OhMe -
Thanks ... it was fun.

Denise -
Thank you, it came easily.

WhiteDove -
I'm glad you liked it.
It seemed so natural to describe.

Severn -
Thank you, hon.  Sometimes it seems that I am blessed with enough love to fill four.

Why, thank you Martie.
Life is full of songs waiting to be sung !
Harmony is the dwelling of the spirit of peace and accord within us all.
Everyone should sing at least three times a day. (maybe more)
My birds love it when I break into song !
We are a cacaphony of sound !

Thanks, Nan.
It would appear that we've all
got Twelve glorious days coming up.

On the real Day of Christmas
my Father gave to me ...
His son.
My rock through all eternity.

Every Christmas under the tree
is a special gift bearing His name.
In His name each family member gives
a gift to the Methodist Children's Home
located close to our community.
