Love Will Come

Sequestered spirits sway
Sleepless nights, days
Ferries follow streams
To crystalline dreams
Starry eyes ablaze

Waiting our lives long
The heartís divine song
Intoning desires
With all that inspires
Love will come along

Travelling nighttime skies
Turning planets at sunrise
Wishing-wells fill with coins
Shattered heart rejoins
Hopelessness fades, dies

Ascension, finally flying
Feather, weight defying
It was always within reach
Holding sand on the beach
Love for us undying

And in His repeating song
Sung to us the nightlong
Love will come along

Beautiful!  I loved the rhyme scheme you used.

 It matters not how strait the gate;
How charged with punishments the scroll;
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

I agree. Extremely well constructed, Corinne.
