Here I stand at the door,
Forehead and hand pressed against the glass,
Waiting, hoping, wondering,
Will I ever see you on the other side.

Here I wait looking through the glass,
Hoping, wondering, will I ever see
Your love filled eyes looking back at me.

Here I am behind the glass,
My eyes infused with yours,
Wondering would you walk
Away if I was to open the door.

Here I hold open the door,
The glass separating us no more,
Hoping you will come inside,
And in my life forever reside.

Here I try to hide my tears,
Hoping, waiting, wondering,
Will you prove your love, take the chance,
And shatter the glass between us.

The title snafu is cute, considering
