You sure would be a welcome sight,
If I could see you on this lonely night.
With you I don't have to pretend,
As you will always be my friend.

To have you here to calm my fears.
And hear my words through salty tears.
And know that you will always care,
With you my secrets I can share.

I have no clue of what to do.
I know I can always count on you.
You're heart is filled with magical things.
My friend, you're an angel without any wings.

Until I have the strength to stand.
I hope you'll lend a helping hand.
So tonight I wished upon a star,
In hopes you'll call wherever you are.
