Forever In Your Heart

Seasons Of Our Love

Our love is new,
as fresh as the rose's dew,
For it is the springtime of our love,

The nights are starry and hot,
And now our love means alot,
For it is the summer of our love,

The leaves are falling,
As our love constantly grows, never stalling,
For it is the fall of our love.

Snow is cold as it covers the ground,
Our love is never lost but found,
For it is the winter of our love.

Your love has been with me every season of our life,
In the springtime I became your wife,
In the summer, the kids were born and fed,
sent to school and then married,
In the fall we had the empty nest,
Time for love anew and rest,
In the winter we became old and grey,
Then death took our love to the grave.

These were the seasons of our Love...

Romantic Heart - This is such a lovely tribute to your grandparents.
My heart just loved the changing seasons.
So very heartfelt, so pretty.

Seasons do change. How wonderful that the love that changes grows deeper.
