Your Mansion You've built your mansion high upon the hilltop. You overlook all our houses that sit below your feet. Our voices carry from the valley yet never seem to reach you. You visit us when demands are very high. You visit us when you fail to see our progress. You visit us only when it suits your needs. Your mansion is little compared to our integrity. You shrink us to your size but we rebound beyond you. You throw your authority around while we promote honesty. You go home at night with an inflated ego. We go home at night knowing we did our jobs to perfection. |
