Torn apart
My heart from insise
Feeling of loss
Empty
Never before
This feeling unknown
How can i live
So alone
My heart to survive
Beating
With no Love to flow
How shall I give
This grand feeling of all
With my Heart ripped out
So hard to show
Mend me together
Emotions of fear
I now stand with you
Not so alone
For my Heart is together
With freedom
This love for you

Cates, you're getting of to a good start. Sharing your feelings with others is what we are doing as well. Thanks for this poem.

Yesterday is history,
tomorrow just a mystery.
And if today is good to me,
it will beat the heck out of day before yesterday!

Cates - Walls are torn down in the same way they were built ... one obstacle at a time.
You're off to a good start, my friend.

Just didn't know it
(ouch, I know, old joke, sorry!)
Seriously, thanks for sharing this. I really liked it and look forward to seeing more!
