Fences

I gaze about the landscape
of my mind
and see open spaces
letting my thoughts wander
unhindered
across hills of dreams
and valleys of emotions
without fences
or posted warnings…
the only fence remaining
is the one upon
which I sit.

Another good one! How do you manage to say so much in so few words?! Amazing!

I like this a lot.

heheh Denise...my grandpa always said..
"tell everything you know and that makes the person you tell twice as smart as you. He then knows what he knows and knows what you know"

So, my grandpa was a man of few words..yet when he spoke....it was deep.

I would love to have your style in my reportoire, Robert, but I'd better stick to mine and leave this to an expert. Great work.
