There was a time when all my memories
Weren't as far as yesterday
Years ago seem like forever
Never mind years from today

I had a dream or, did it have me
It's hard to find which road to ride
Need to take life 'cause it won't take you
It's the wheel we need to drive

Time and time again
Sometimes you just can't win
But you don't stand a chance
If you don't play

Time and time again
It's like being your own twin
You look ahead to see yourself
Look back and say
God, there's got to be a better way

LostBoy - Loved the last verse. I'd say that with that perspective ... you aren't too far lost. It's looking ahead that matters most.

Well done Lost Boy...I especially liked.....

Time and time again
Sometimes you can't win.
But you don't stand a chance,
If you don't play.

I liked this a lot. I especially recognized " I had a dream, or did it have me". : )

I knew there was something about your work that I liked - It must be that good old New England influence, eh?...

Thanks all.
I guess so Nan, good old New England. It just started snowing here, it's especially pretty at the mountains I'm looking at across the street. Now if that's not inspiration!!!
