Going The Extra Mile ... ~Marge Tindal~ 1999 When you believe you've given your all and your life seems complacent for a while. A call from a friend comes in and you 'go the extra mile.' No matter what the reason, you drop all that you are wrapped up in. The need that needs tending, rests in the heart of a friend. 'Going the extra mile' in life, is but a short distance away ... from making a difference to the one who needs you today. No road maps are needed, when the call comes from one who is blue. "I need you." they cry ... and they know they can count on you. You have only one purpose in mind, to replace their sadness with a smile.
