Behind the Waterfall

I can hear the roar of the water
as it cascades down the mountain,
feel the cool spray on my skin,
your breath on me
as you take me in your arms
pulling me close,
my body melting.

An older couple laughs as they pass by,
amused by our display of affection.
I look up at you,
my blue eyed cowboy,
and feel my heart falling
faster than the water that rushes past.
I lose myself in the electric current
that passes between us.
Behind the waterfall
I surrender to you.

Tara, if it didn't sound so weird I would say I feel as if I am there with you and your blue eyed cowboy!!!!

*sigh* What a lucky man he is!!! (And remember, PINK is my favorite color! But I would settle for PURPLE!)

I found it wonderful, i like the way you connected the current of the water with the feeling of electricity between you both.

Tara, I LIKE this. It presented a different view of the waterfalls I've visited. Intriguing ....Hmmmmm!

That darn gunslinger! Just rides in here and gets the girl. Well, we're a little short on waterfalls in Florida but I get the picture....and a beautiful one it is, too. Very nicely done, Tara.

Ball, don't call him a gunslinger, you'll get rumors started about me and Gunslinger! lol

Ruth, before we start planning a wedding, he'll need to commit to moving here!

Michael, RS, and Sally: thanks for the read.

Sensual....

Brought that loving moment back for me once again. Mine was last March in the mountains of Huatulco Mexico.

Thank you
