Here I sit alone in the darkness,
no one here but me,
not one to care,
not one to share,
just me!

As I sit here with my loneliness,
there lies a silent pain,
not one to hear,
a falling tear,
just me!

A very beautiful poem about very ugly feelings. Loneliness can indeed feel devastating to any of us, as if it were an emotion that will never pass. But it does pass. It can be managed, if only one moment at a time.

If you are who I think you are, you need to remember you have friends. Friends who care. Talk with them. If I am mistaken, if you're not the one I think you are - you still have friends. And, in either case, you have a great deal of talent to share.

Time erases and rewrites all the lines. What remains is the poetry!

You say so much, with so few words.
