I swear by all Episcopalians
yuh can't fail with " sesquipedalians "
for it would surely be flagitious
to use a word much less prodigious.

Though some may think this jactitation
it just takes some imagination
for risking wrath of certain deities
is still preferred to nullibiety.

That being said of bridges burned
perhaps should be more taciturn
as grades may hang as on a gudgeon
dependant on one "ol" curmudgeon,

who hopefully will be magnanimous
and not grade based on any animus.

sesquipidalians / those given to using long words
flagitious / shamefully wicked, criminal
prodigious / impressively great in size
jactitation / false boasting
nullibiety / state of going nowhere
taciturn / being reserved
gudgeon / a pivot
curmudgeon / ill tempered person
magnanimous / showing nobility of feeling and generosity of mind
animus / strong dislike or enmity

Seldom will I ever see
Such a stirring adoxography
Written by an aeolist
Whose humor would be sorely missed.

No rectopathic soul am I
But just a saponaceous guy
Who never gets cephalgia
Even from a rectalgia.

I applaud you, sir, in celebration
For delivering this terebration.
Your verse is quite daedalian
Even for an Episcopalian

adoxography -     Skilled writing about an unimportant subject
aeolist -     A pompous windy bore who pretends to have inspiration
rectopathic  -      One who is easy to hurt emotionally
saponaceous -       Being very nice and ingratiating
cephalgia - a headache
rectalgia  -    A pain in the rectum
terebration -     A pain that feels as though a drill is boring through some body part
daedalian -    Ingenious and cunningly designed
