At some point Sherlock Holmes says "Aha".
Private eyes watch for clues lest they slip,
right on by, tripping you, up, oh dear!
In the blink of an eye, alibi,
like the nose on your face will reveal.
Follows suit, if you are not aloof,
once the truth is uncovered, then too,
onward to the next case you will go
looking more like a sleuth than a fool.
Sherlock Holmes used such clues for his tools.

JP,
Thanks, glad you got a chuckle. I think double acrostics are fun, no matter popular opinion.
Doc
Balladeer,
Thank you. If I can make someone laugh, that's special. If I can get a laugh out of you, that's priceless.
