I Don't Da-Dum
~*Marge Tindal*~

You all invited me to come
and try my hand at your Da-Dum
But I now can so quickly see
this darned Da-Dum is not for me

Grandma said, "Don't let me ever
catch you trying to be clever."
So I'll just try to really be
a catch-all for your poetry

While I appreciate the chance
to attempt this Da-Dum of dance
I think I'll stay on the playground
and push the Da-Dums all around

When you're through with your Da-Duming
the merry-go-round is running !

Seems to me a lot Da-Dumming is going around here, must be the merry-go-round you're sitting in. LOL

Marge,
To Da-Dum or not I see you write funny poetry.
Not Ho-Hum, I think it's great, to the "go-round" it's a date!

I think mayhaps Marge does  da-DUM
but  sometimes she does DUM-da too
But  who cares which her rhyme comes from
As long as she writes one or two..:

There is no reason nor rhyme
to have rhythm all the time

maybe it is the other way round
da-DUM or dum-DA....
....

this was fun to read...

regards,
sudhir

I have such fun with my 'no da-dum'
It's easy to see how you all succumb
Although it may sound very dumb
I'm a rhyming, chiming 'no da-dum'

Thankee Teach for your reply
it really did catch my eye~
Now I'm afraid to speculate
what would happen if my assignment's late !!

Oh ... I don't da-dum in the morning
and I don't da-dum in the night
I don't da-dum ... no, I don't da-dum
but I'll keep up with my write~ (ing)

Hey ... if Teach can drop-a-rhyme ... so can I~

The merry-go-round is OPEN !!!!
*Hugs*
