As I close my eyes , I hear seagles over head
and waves crashing agenst the rocks . When I
open my eyes and look at the black velvet , with white sparkles , I think how beautiful
things can be .

The fifty stars must stand for something
Along with those stripes
Maybe it stands for justice
Maybe it stands for rights
Maybe the red, white, and blue a grazing
In the wind tells us are freedom is now
ringing
The beauty of the flag
I think I know.........
Must stand for America and it's people

BOYS

      Boys are not everything
they just like to flirt
but when you go out with them
they treat you like dirt....

      He says he loves you
and then you beleive him
but when he breaks up with you,
you dont want to leave him.....

He says your the only one
and then you trust
but when he goes out
he leaves you in the dust.....

You cant beleive he is gone
you dont know what to do
your wishing on a star
that he is thinking of you.....

He calls you on the phone
and you get so excited
cause you dont know what to do
but what he has to say is that he
               LOVES YOU!!!!!

Christmas time is near,
St. Nick will soon be hear.
He'll land upon your snowy roof, Raindear willleave proof.
He'll slide down your chimney,
Leave preasants and say jimmany.
And up he will go,
Out into the snow.
Delivering gifts,
from each ones lists.

When St. Nick is all done,
And had his Christmas fun.
He'll hop upon his sleigh,
And be off on his way.
Come holiday time next year,
St. Nick and his elves will chear.
Christmas again bringing joy,
To every girl and boy.

for just one dollar
no wonder it was for a dollar
the buttons aren't sown but stapled
the sleeves are really uneven
I ask for my money back
but instead they gave me a slap

Christmas is almost near
the children lagh and cheer
everyone has so much fun
the parents are near done
no can wait to open the gifts
no one will miss this momment
the girls all want dresses
and the boys all want  glasses

Ice  Crystals hang from the end of you roofs
They crystal when light hits them
When they fall they make a pretty sound
When summer comes they melt to crystal water

Dark clouds start comming
comming, comming
Your face turns redder
redder, redder
Lightning starts flashing
flashing, flashing
As you yell
yell, yell
Thunder thuds
thud, thud

As I looked outside the leaves are falling
The weed still gives me a buzz and the strong men that i love haunt me
wind
As i stepped outside I got a boner
Rememberance of it snowing sliding down a
bum

Winter sucked by now it is really gay
The trees with it's new leaves it brings
Schools close to an end now it is may
Now the day is ending lets go in and stay

There's two more season's but I can't stay
As the homeless dreaming...dreaming away
Remember this poem and wait and see
A brand new poet waiting to be

There once was a seagull that ate a begal
The begal was regal therfor it was a regal begal
It cried and yelled for help
But al that came down was kelp
And we all felt bad for that old seagull

                                  Ben Jenner

The grass was green upon the land
The sun was laying low
The wind was strong the leaves began to blow
In no time the leaves were blown away

The wind made the branchs sway
The sunshinerays were gleaming off the pool
Even though it was the end of the day
It was warm when I got out

    Mothers ways

When they hug you, you know they love you
When they kiss you, you know they will always be there
They don't need to tell you, you can feel it inside
Your mother will be there through good and bad sides

               The Alaskan Plain
The Alaskan plain was cloudy, damp, and cold. The fields have green grass. The streams were rocky and lowly. Brown bears eat the grass. Trout slowly was away.

The late ducks stay near the willow bed. The rocky mountains create blustery snow. The moose expire near the stream. The raven watches over the forest and the Alaskan plain.

    Mothers ways

"Home is where you heart is"
Where your family is
Where your joy is
Home is a place for happiness
For love
For caring
Home is for sharing
For sharing coffee
For sharing hugs
Home is for you and your family to get to know each other better
"Home is where your heart is"

A POEM IS...

A poem is something you write
When you are happy and bright.

A poem is some words
That express your feelings
Happy or sad.

A poem is your thoughts,
your feelings,
your dreams.

A poem is...

Wow! What talents I see here! I was quite surprised, but pleasantly so. You all are wonderful! Keep it up!
