In your arms I feel so safe
How can I ever live without?
In you, I have so much faith
Were ment to be, there's not doubt

When I lay in bed at night
I can still feel your arms wrapped around me
To my life, you brought a new light
Were ment to be, now do you see?

You'll always have a special place in my heart
I'm so very lucky to have you
I hope that were never apart
Were ment to be, for my life has only began to start

Hello Blondie...
The poem was beautiful.
That line
'When I lay in bed at night
I can still feel your arms wrapped around me'
Just melts my heart because that's how I feel about someone who has now become important in my life...
Loved it.

This is a really sweet poem....a very enjoyable read. Watch for typos though...ment/meant...

Love and hugs,
Lizzie

Blondie69...hehe...sorry, maturity returning.

Anyway, great poem.  You look like a accomplihed poet and we thinks you'll make an excellant addition to the "Forum".
