there's a time to live and a time to die. her's came too soon I've realised. She was just twelve living under the sun, until a car came and I heard she'd gone. I went to see her in her hospital bed she was so calm, so pale so beautiful, so dead. I cried a thousand tears and my Mum cradled me in her arms, my best friend was dead "and she had left" I screamed and cried without a chance to say goodbye. |

Tragic story and so sad when a young person dies. A touching poem you have written about her. Hope you have some wonderful memories of her! Take care, dh |

It's always horrible to lose someone close to your heart, and so young, too. I'll be praying for you! "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." -Oscar Wilde |

Such unfairness in this place, this world. This poem opened wounds long since closed, but no matter, i find those emotions sobering...to be blunt, the pain never goes away, but trust me, it gets better. Never away, but better. Just remember, you've a whole family here to talk to. PS, I you wan to talk, my email is in my profile. |
