<img src="http://netpoets.net/img/ms05.gif">

The very first day I saw you,
I knew we were meant to be,
And I knew I had to have you,
For the rest of eternity.
The glittering sparkle in your eyes,
Shimmering brighter than all the stars in the sky,
Luminates my heart with ecstasy,
Like a bright light in complete darkness.
The comforting smile you flash at me,
Lifts my pensive heart into bliss,
And whenever I'm around you,
My life is consumate.
You bring ebuillience to my life,
Like a rainbow through the storm;
You keep me in euphoria,
Like a candle that never burns.
We should be together forever,
In our own intangible fantasy,
Lovers, like Romeo and Juliet,
Whose hearts will always yearn. *

Love is many things.  Unfortunately, one of those things is tragic, i hope you find what you seek. But i ask you also not to forget what happened to Romeo and Juliet.

Love Bug- thank you..I hope to keep writing more poems in the future

Deranger- tnx &, unfortuantly, I am reminded of Romeo & Juliet every day (note my alias), but one can only hope that everything will be all right.

Krista-tnx...love is such a wonderful gift, isn't it?
