Song of Dance

The marks on the partly worn wooden floor.
Scars of on a dancer’s soul.
The mirrors reflect the beauty of a forgotten art.
Reflecting my forgotten treasures.

I walk into that room and my worries disappear.
Emotions of excitement, peace, energy, and love
all explode inside me and I put my dance shoes on,
my paintbrush

I begin to play with the moves and the music and
once again I see myself.

Now, this was truly beautiful for being sweet and to the point. Good work! Keep it up!
