There are no words to describe this. I am drowning in all of the emotion, all of the passion. Your love has swallowed me whole. I do not want to return back to what I was. I do not want to be me without you. You will always be the one I belong to, you will always be the one I run to. You will always be the one I love. We made it, we have something so precious, and special. We truly have found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. When I looked at you, I saw love. When you touched me, I felt love. I know love because of you, and I only want to get to know it better. |

This is absolutely beautiful! Everything about love, all its passion and wonder, is captured in this poem. This is a lovely poem....some lines have a certain resemblance to Shania Twain's "You're still the one" but I am sure that is purely coincidental. I did enjoy this poem and I hope your love lasts! Love and hugs, Lizzie  |

Yes, I suppose it does, doesn't it? It is funny though because I wrote this poem quite a very long time ago. Probably before that song came out! |
