Well, Kalie, we have introduced ourselves before in here, but since there are so many newer members, I see no reason why we can't do it again. I'm Krista Knutson, 16, and one of your 3 moderators. I am a sophmore in high school and have been avidly writing both poetry and stories for over a year now. I joined Passions last June, when there was something like a hundred members, so I've seen it grow a lot! Hmmm, what else...I live in Minnesota, I have a boyfriend whom I love very much, and I'm a passions addict!  P.S. I'm a 17 female from Canada in Winnipeg. I'm currently in High school and will be graduating next year. I've been writing poetry for 4 years now but I'm a new member to Passions. So far I've enjoyed being a member and everyone is so nice, so I hope you enjoy being a member too and I hope to see some of your poetry soon. Keep on writing Poe ;p |

Well, I do be Sam Justice, and have been on a sugar high that has lasted all of last week (spring break rules). I'm a Junior in high school, 17 years old, live in Idaho, and for the past year or so have been writing poetry avidly. For about the past three years I've written short stories, and I hope withen a year or maybe a little over I'll have my novel finnished and, god be willing, published. As of right now, the title that I will probably publish it under is "Emerald Vision" and so, if you want to know about it, mail me. Oh, it do be a fantasy book. Ummmm... that is all. My name is Elizabeth Johnson but to many it is EJ. My age will forever remain a mystery and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I love poetry and writing in general for it is the only one true way that I can express myself for who I really am. Hi' guys? ...where are the guys? Only some speciel guys are interested in poetry, ...so therefor the guys whose are here are speciel. ...and I'm one of them. I'm 16 years old boy, and live in Denmark. Going in 9th grade just close to examinations and after the summervaccation I'll start on a college. My nickname is Mumba, and I love a girl named "whiterose", no thats what her name means. She's my dreamgirl...and...anyway I'm fine and hope you guys are too. In this little city that we all lovingly call Blowmont, or Boremont, take your pick. See if you can figure out the REAL name. Ummm, oh yeah, I love to write poetry and stories and all, but usually the urge hits me in the middle of algebra or geography or german, and I just gotta write it down before I forget it, a concept my teachers just can't seem to grasp. Hey everybody! My name is Kayla Peters and I live in west-central Minnesota. I am 16 years old and have been writing poetry since I can remember, probably about 8. My mom got me into it unknowingly when I found an old book full of poems she had written as a teenager. I love to write poetry and do so often, even though I don't have much work on this site. My name is Crystal Ryan. I live in Battle Creek MI, home of Kelloggs. Actually, that's where I work! I am 17 years old, graduate in 2 months. I want to be a civil engineer but right now am trying to scrape together 7000 for college next year -- eek! It's great to be on this site becasue everyone really listens to what people have to say, and I've met some really interesting people. I also love reading everyones signatures, call me weird but htat's one of the first things I look at! I've been writing poetry for about 6 years now, on and off. I don't think I'm all that great but I enjoy it. Well, my name is Abrahm, I live in Minnesota, north of St. Paul in a tiny little town. I'm 16 years old, have my driver's license (Stay off the sidewalks!) and I even go to the same school as your moderator, Alwye. I'm also the moderator of prose, but I do come here now and then, being a teen. I've made some cameo appearances and even posted a poem or two. My real passion is writing stories, listening to music and playing guitar (I suck! but I have fun!). I encourage all of you who write short stories or essays to post them in Prose. Hello everyone. Well, i'm not a teenager, far from it. (i have a daughter the age of most of you and she is the light of my life) I really enjoy reading the teen poetry. There is some really wonderful poetry written by all of you and i try to respond as much as possible. I wanted to say that it makes reading the poetry even more enjoyable knowing a little about the young writers. And to know that you are located all over the world makes it even more enjoyable. ok......my name's Bec Howard...and would i be right in taking a punt that me and EJ are a couple of the numbered few from Melbourne Australia? i'm 15,yr 10 and go to a girl's school with none other than EJ...anybody who reads this...start to call her 'Egg' coz that's her nickname and she loves it and another of my friends that posts here is huney_melanyways...i only started writing in February of this year when i wanted to give the one i love a valentines poem....by the way, the poem sucked hardcore! lol um...although i'm not the greatest writer and know very little about poem structure and rhyme and all that stuff  i still enjoy to write and i love to read everyone's work! i have even got a file on my computer where i save all of your guys poems that i realy like just so i can read them if you haven't already guessed...i ma the biggest loud mouth and could talk for hours catchyas Bec |

Hi! My name is Tamma, I'm a 17 year old Jr. in high school and have been writing poetry since I was in 5th grade. Many of my teachers continue to yell at me when I write poetry in class. Some have read my poetry, and then they kind of quit yelling when I wrote in class. Hello there, Im Thomas Jono from Vancouver,BC..i love poetry and have been writing for 4 years...I mostly write about romantic stuff about my friends cuz they are an inspiration to me....um....I am 16, and will graduate next year...I go to Point Grey Secondary, and Im currently a new member to passions...so far I haven't gotten that much of responses to my poems but soon i will i hope...I really don't have much of a life except writing poetry cuz it's from the heart...most pple i know don't like my poems cuz they are too soft and romantic so they stopped being my friends...so that's why i joined anyways,.I hope to see more of everyones work and good luck to you all...thank you Thomas Jono |
