Fatal

Did you ever think day dreaming in class could be
   fatal?
Did you ever think that being in love could be
   fatal?
Did you ever think your dream date would cost you
   more then it should?
It did.
You went out with a jock who could have any girl he
   wanted and did.
You went out with a guy with something fatal a guy
   with AIDS.
I know you never knew this, niether did he.
But now I stand here crying wishing, I'd told you
   not to go, made you go to the movies with me.
I give you this final goodbye but you will always
   be with me in my heart, in my soul.
