WHAT'S HAPPENING? My best friend is doing what I've feared, he's becoming a total stranger to me, acting like someone I never knew. I'm seeing him slowly drifting away from me, not coming to me when he needs someone, and not being there when I need him. I try to make conversations with him, but every time I try to talk, he says he's too busy or doesn't have time for me. What's happening between us? Where's the person I knew as my best friend? *Sigh* this brings up sad memories.I had a best friend of 7 years who used to live about a 45 minute drive away. He moved down closer to me after his parents broke up, and he saw too much of me and started wanting nothing to do with me. Before I knew it we didnt even say hi to each other as we passed each other at school. Excellent poem, a mediocre one could not stir such emotions. All I can suggest is to do everything you can to get back together with your friend. I am not a poet, I am merely one who speaks in emotion |
