All day we just sit and stare
Sometimes he may even play with my hair
We do look at each other
But he just thinks it's like sister and brother
I wish I wasn't so weak
I wish I could come out and speak
Just by the way I look into each eye
I wish he knew why I've been acting so shy
But the meaning from him to me
Isn't what I would like it to be
My feelings are all knotted inside
I just need the strength to be able to confide

Well put, it is very difficult to reveal your feelings for another at times, course, in retrospect, sometimes its hard not to reveal your feelings to someone(as is my problem right now)

BTW, congratulations on being the 1000'th thread in this forum

Stephani-I totally know how you feel.  it's hard when in a friendship, one's feelings are stronger than the other...good luck to you!!
