Since when do best friends love And feel so close together Say that they love eachother And will until forever Since when do best friends kiss And hold eachother close And if everyone should leave- It'd be you i'd miss the most Since when do best friends write eachother letters Expressing their devotions Telling them their secrets Their feelings; their emotions Since when do best friends cry When the other made a mistake And agree together on All the risks that they will take Since when do best friends Dance slow and have a song Who tell eachother when they're right, And never when they're wrong Since when do best friends love Eachother since the start -when someone always gets hurt And ends up with a broken heart |

That's a very nice poem and the feelings you have for your friend and since the feelings mutual then you and that other person is very very lucky to have found each other and not everything ends up with broken hearts some will work out |

I totally understand how you feel. This has been exactly how i've been feeling lately, only it's completely one-sided. Sometimes, when our closest friends are those of the opposite sex, we mistake simple friendly gestures for something more...and sometimes it really is that something more. In either situation...it tests the friendship to its limit. Hope everything works out all right! ~Sarah |

I really like your poem. I understand it well. I'm in love with my best friend and he was once in love with me, but our friendship kept us apart. He guides me and knows me inside and out. And it is only that around him I can be my true self. Loves may seem forgotten, but the true will once shine through. |
