I look back now and wonder Why i never took the time I realize what i've missed And all the guilt is mine The days that have gone All the minutes i've deceived I regret what has passed And what has become i grieve It's a distance so abstracted Dark and filled with despair I take in all that i can And take each step with care I didn't know the consequence And hid all of me and more Now i know what could've been If only i had known before... "It's my heart that pounds beneath my flesh it's my mouth that pushes out this breath..."-FTE |
