Mike...I am sorry if you feel you have to go. You have never bothered me in the least and I just went through some of your poetry. I do not see anyone saying anything so critical that you should run. You are welcome in this forum and I would like to see you stay. There are rules that need to be followed in order to keep things civil here. I have seen people stating their opinions to both your work and behavior in this forum. If you do not agree either ignore of debate the issue. That is what we are here for. I could delete this thread because it is not poetry but I am not going to do that. I am interested in everyones opinion on this matter. |

nobody wants you to go dude, I like reading your stuff,i said i did before, i was just talking about the quick messages just to get all you posts back up and to add to this, normally i wouldnt be opposed to those methods, only i think the beauty of this forum is our diversity, and sometimes when you put those smiley faces or the huh? things other peoples unread poetry falls to where people dont read it and they dont get the feedback they deserve, if everyone was to post quick messages to cycle their poetry to the front we would have one big mess, just think about it man..but dont leave, that would be an injustice to yourself and the rest of us [This message has been edited by Kevin (edited 12-03-1999).] |

Mike, don't leave. It's the worst thing when people leave the forum, in my opinion...do you abandon your friends, your family forever when you hit bumps in the road? No, you don't. Ok, i dont know who leper is, but i did a backround search, and the only thing you have ever posted is comments about mike, which leads me to believe that somebody else at this forum, purposely created that personality to "hack" on mike without being identified. That is unexceptalble here or anywhere for that matter, And the sad thing is, i guess there is no way of knowing, except to sort through everybody's i p number in anycase leper should be stripped of the acount.... |

Mike, you can't leave. I have read some of your work and I really liked it. In any way, if you stop posting your poems, it would mean you are giving up, saying that Leper (who I think is a real idiot with no sence for poetry) got to you. Stand up from the ashes, a stronger person than ever, and show him what you are made of. Ok, I'm not sure if this story will mean anything, but once there was a man, running a marathon. When the TV crue got to him, he was crying like a baby and they asked him why? He told them to look ahead and asked them if they saw that mountain of a hill infront. Later, while he was running up the hill, the crue saw him again, this time laughing, not just giggling, laughing out of his stomache. They couldn't understand this, and asked him what was so funny and he replied by saying, after this hill, it is down hill all the way. I guess what I'm saying is...DON'T GIVE UP MIKE! |
